We absolutely adore our English Golden, Cooper! He is the kindest, most gentle soul and is especially wonderful with kids. Training him was a breeze—he’s eager to learn, always wanting to please, and has such a nice temperament. Cooper is full of joy and fun, and he brings that energy into our home every single day. From the moment I first contacted Summerland Goldens, I knew I had found someone truly special. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for their puppies was clear right away. They took the time to answer all of my questions, sent regular updates, and provided photos and videos so I could watch my puppy grow until it was time to bring him home.
What stood out the most was how much care and attention went into raising the puppies. YETI
We reached out to Noelle with Summerland Goldens in November to reserve our Christmas puppy and had such a great experience. Within the first conversation, Noelle established what an amazing breeder she is. She answered all my husband’s questions, and he was so impressed with how thorough she was. They discussed everything from genetic testing to the puppies’ schedule. Noelle is on top of it all. She allowed my husband to come visit the puppies twice before we picked him up - once at four weeks and once at eight weeks. The biggest problem was choosing just one. She also allowed us to wait to bring him home until 12 weeks because she knew we were trying to keep a Christmas morning surprise. Once we did the big reveal and settled into life, he was truly the easiest dog to potty train. Noelle had essentially already potty trained him. We have had very few accidents. Our Summerland Golden, who we named Yeti, has been the biggest source of joy for a family. He has the sweetest temperament. Other than eating 😁, his favorite pastime is snuggling. All he wants is to be around people and be pet and loved. He loves people, especially kids, and loves to play with other dogs. He never meets a stranger. Although Yeti was a gift for our 14 and 8 year olds, he is clearly my husband’s dog. They go everywhere together. We cannot recommend Summerland Goldens enough.
